By accessing and using this Site, or by making a reservation and/or staying at our hotel, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and MADARASI GYOPAR SRL are superseded by the provisions of these Terms of Use.

Accommodation Booking:

Accommodation can be booked through our reservation system, via email, or by phone. The booking becomes valid after a 30% deposit is transferred and the reservation is confirmed.

Payment:

If, for any reason, you leave the accommodation before the end of the pre-booked period, we are unable to refund the payment.

Refund Policy:

• - Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before arrival, the full deposit will be refunded. In this case, upon request, the reservation can be moved to another period, and the deposit will still be valid for that new period.
• - Modification of reservation
  The reservation date can be modified up to 14 days before arrival, depending on availability.
• - No-show
  In case of no-show, the full deposit will be charged and is non-refundable.
• - Early departure
  If the guest leaves earlier than the booked period, the full booking fee must be paid.

Online Card Payment:

Online card payments are processed through the secure EUPlătesc payment system. After the booking is confirmed, a payment link will be sent via email, allowing you to conveniently and quickly pay the deposit.

Bank Transfer::

After the booking is confirmed, we will send the necessary details by email, including the bank account number and the information to include in the transfer reference.

Access:

We recommend approaching the guesthouse from the direction of Izvoare village (along the Filió stream), as this route leads to the Harghita Mountains via a paved road. Access from the other direction (from Vlăhița) is not recommended: the road is very rocky and unpaved, therefore it should not be used by passenger cars under any circumstances. As we are located in a mountainous area, we advise you to prepare according to road conditions, especially in cooler or rainy weather. During winter, the road is cleared and treated, however the use of snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM

If your arrival time differs from the above-mentioned interval, please inform us in advance.

Parking:

Free parking is available for our guests in front of the guesthouse.

Accommodation and facilities:

The rooms are prepared and clean upon arrival. We kindly ask you to take care of the furnishings and to respect the peace and quiet of other guests during your stay.

Environment:

The guesthouse is located in a natural, mountainous setting. Please help protect the environment and maintain cleanliness in the common areas as well.
